The hotel is situated on the corner of the "Ramblas" very close to Plaza Catalunya in the heart of the tourist, shopping and historical centre of Barcelona.
Just 20m from 'Liceo' Theatre, Boqueria market and the Cathedral, all located within the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona. The Port and Beach are approx. 1500m away from the hotel.

The hotel was totally refurbished in 2003; the hotel offers very well equipped rooms.

Room information

We have 56 rooms in total. 24 have either a window or balcony overlooking the street, from which you can see the Ramblas. The rest of the rooms are at the back of the hotel where one can enjoy absolute tranquility.
You should put your preference of room on the booking form under "Comments" and we will be happy to try and accommodate your wishes (always depending on the availability).

Important information

For reservations for more than 5 rooms, a prepayment is required. Once the reservation has made the hotel will contact the customer to agree on how to prepare the prepayment.

Credit card details are only necessary to guarantee the reservation. Payment at the hotel is upon arrival (except in special booking conditions that are clearly indicated).

The name on the credit card used must be the same as the (main) guest name on the booking. If the guest staying at the hotel is not the one making the booking, or when making a payment in advance with a company credit card, the credit card holder has to send a signed letter to the hotel authorising the charge, specific for the price of the reservation, along with copy of the credit card and/or an ID document.

Location of hotel is very close to La Rambla.

AC in my romm was not running well and when I asked hotel's staff to find taxi for me, he got commission fro taxi driver and taxi driver charge me more than taxi eter that I should paid. I suggest we find taxi by ourself.

the location and the breakfast.

the wireless internet didn't work. For four times I had to go to the reception because the key didnt't work. The desks where the computers are located were a little greasy. To the exception of one dark-haired lady at the front desk, the staff wasn't helpful nor pleasant.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was very short walk to public transportation. Free internet access was available. Overall excellent experience.

Very convenient location. Perfectly in the center; 30 meters from the metro station. Good breakfast. Free internet. Good, friendly and professional staff.

Rather poor sound-proofing. Any noise/sound from corridor easily comes to the room. This is the only problem to be mentioned.

In the fisrt place i liked that it was very close to rambla, i liked that the hotel staff was always there to give us usefull advice.

Yes, there was. I would have been liked to have a refrigerator in our room. Beside this everything was excellent.

Hotel was near everything. One of the staff was Finnish, like us, easy to ask things.

Staff in the restaurant and cleaners were not very friendly.

good location, internet access

no window, smelly damp room- clothes smelt musty as room had no natural ventilation, cleaning staff far too noisy in the morning,, banging and slamming doors, talking loudly outside rooms.

Internet is avaliable in the room itself. Location of hotel is very good. Just out from Liecu station on the Line3 which is link to many of the major attractions in Barcelona.
