The easy of access to central Seville and the hotel parking were very useful making life much easier. Would stay again on a return visit. Finding it by Sat Nav was a hassle, I should have phoned ahead as it is not in fact on a road and this was not clear from the information I read on any of the websites marketing the hotel. If coming by car you should be recommended to phone to book parking and clarify the location. |

it is not very far from town centre and the shops, at the reception there are 2 computers with internet at a affordable rate the room was ok and clean, but it smelled of humid and the carpet in the corridors was old and dirty. the staff that do the cleaning in the morning is very lound, no good for sleeping long in the morning!! |

The hotel is located between the Isla Magica and the city centre, which helped a lot because we walked to every place. When we were checking-out we faced some problems because they wanted to see the Visa Card, but the reservation was paid with MBNet (virtual Visa Card). |

The location was superb being next to a very popular part of the city with many fine restaurants, tapas, cafes, cinemas, clubs, markets and boutiques. The staff was always warm, friendly, polite, and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great. The room was very nice with private bath/toilet. Walking distance to center via calles. Beautiful lobby, sitting areas and back/roof terraces. Computers there. A family next to a singles room was sometimes problematic. Breakfast should be included even if the price goes up. |

Nice size room. A little difficult to find and private parking very tight. A good walk to center of town. Did not get full size bed as requested. Internet access on property and ease and cheap. did not have breakfast there too expensive. |

The lobby was luxurious, the rooms were just fine for a city trip and were airconditioned (a must-have in Seville in June) and clean, the staff was English speaking and friendly, there is an underground parking. The room wasn't ready upon arrival (but this was fixed immediately), and the hotel is extremely hard to find, even with a navigation system in the car. |

The hotel is cosy and pretty close to the center, we felt very comfortable. The small inside terace is wonderful. It is quiet and peaceful. The rooms are small and the surroundings are not very nice. It is difficult to locate if you come for the first time. |

The selection of fruit at breakfast was really nice. The hotel location was also very good. The air-conditioning in the room was excellent. The noise levels in the morning were annoying as there was constant drilling going on 2/3 levels below the room. |
